Lady Grey Tea Loaf
Pour the tea into the bowl and leave until completely cold.
Lady grey tea loaf. 4 hours minimum the longer the better. Pour into the lined tin and bake for 1 hour or until the skewer comes out clean. Prep time 25 minutes.
Heat the oven to 180C160 fangas 4. We use European lactic butter unrefined sugar and cage-free eggs. Grease a 900g2lb loaf tin and line with non-stick baking paper.

If using prunes dates or apricots cut these into quarters. I always use Yorkshire Tea but you can use any kind of breakfast tea. Pour into the prepared.
Allow the loaf to cool in the tin for twn minutes and while its cooling warm the honey slightly in a small pan or microwave and brush over the top of the loaf. 2 The next day preheat the oven to 150Cfan 130Cgas mark 2. Line a 900g 2lb loaf tin with baking paper or use a cake liner.
